How to Measure
Use a soft tape measure and keep it level around your body. For the most accurate result, measure over lightweight clothing or fitted base layers.
Chest
Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure level.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, usually just above the navel, without pulling the tape too tight.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around your hip area while keeping the tape level.
How to Choose Your Size
Start with the measurement that matters most for the product type. For tops, chest measurement is usually the best starting point. For leggings, joggers, shorts, and bottoms, waist and hip measurements are usually more important.
- Choose the size that best matches your largest relevant body measurement.
- For fitted training pieces, stay closer to your measured size.
- For relaxed styles, choose your usual size for a looser fit.
- For a closer fit in relaxed items, consider the smaller size if you are between sizes.
Size and fit may vary by product style, fabric, stretch, and cut. Always check the individual product page before ordering.
Between Sizes Advice
If your measurements fall between two sizes, think about how you want the item to fit. Choose the smaller size for a closer feel, or choose the larger size for extra room and easier layering.
For performance pieces with stretch or compression, review the product description carefully. For cotton tees, hoodies, sweats, joggers, and relaxed activewear, personal fit preference can make a difference.
Fit Notes
Myprotein clothing may include different fits such as relaxed, fitted, cropped, oversized, or training-focused. A size chart helps compare body measurements, but the final fit also depends on product construction and fabric.
- Relaxed fit styles are designed with more room through the body.
- Fitted styles are designed to sit closer to the body.
- Stretch styles may feel different from cotton or fleece styles.
- Product-detail pages may include additional fit guidance for that item.
